1. Sign up for Services
To get started, simply click the ‘Free Quote’ button, enter your ZIP code, and complete the quick sign-up process on our website. If you have any questions, our friendly team is available by phone, or you can reach us directly via Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct Message.
2. Schedule Your Initial Cleanup
After you sign up for services, a LuxeDog representative will contact you to schedule your initial cleanup and guide you through the entire onboarding process.
3. Setup Customer Portal
After you sign up for service, a LuxeDog representative will reach out to assist you with onboarding and provide guidance on accessing and using your customer portal.
4. Attach Payment Method
All billing is processed on the 1st of each month prior to services being rendered. Customers may set up automatic payments using a bank account or credit/debit card. Once autopay is enabled, LuxeDog will generate your invoice and email a receipt for your records. All billing history and receipts are also accessible through the customer portal. Please note, if payment is not received before your first scheduled service of the month, your property will be temporarily removed from the service schedule.

Arrival Notification
Our friendly LuxeDog technicians will send you a quick text 60 minutes before they arrive. You don’t need to be home during the service, but we kindly ask that the cleaning areas are easy to access and that no aggressive dogs are left outside. This helps us provide the best and safest service for both you and your pets!
Cleaning Your Yard
Your professional pet waste remover will arrive and begin cleaning up all the dog waste. LuxeDog Waste Removal team members are trained to follow a specific route, ensuring no waste is overlooked. They’ll walk through your yard multiple times to make sure it’s thoroughly cleaned and free of any missed spots.
Safety Procedures
"Once your yard is impeccably free of dog waste, your LuxeDog Waste Removal technician will capture and upload a photo of your securely closed gate, ensuring your pets are safely contained. Our team then meticulously sanitizes all scooping equipment with a premium, organic, kennel-grade disinfectant, preventing the spread of germs and maintaining a pristine, healthy environment for your pets.
Pet Waste Disposal
All pet waste will be carefully double-bagged and discreetly disposed of on-site. The designated disposal location will be thoughtfully coordinated with you in advance by your LuxeDog technician.
