At LuxeDog, the safety and well-being of both our clients and their dogs are our highest priorities. We maintain rigorous hygiene protocols by thoroughly disinfecting all equipment and footwear between each yard using professional-grade, kennel-safe solutions. To ensure your pets remain secure, we capture photos of closed gates after every visit. Additionally, every member of our team undergoes a thorough background check, so you can trust that your home and pets are in safe, reliable hands.
How much does it cost to hire a premium LuxeDog Waste Remover?
LuxeDog has pooper scooper service plans starting as low as $45 per month. However, pricing is based on the size of the yard, service frequency, and number of dogs. Most of our clients end up paying between $80 and $100 per month.
What type of contract do I need to sign?
No long-term commitments or contracts—enjoy the flexibility to start, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime through your customer portal or by contacting our office.
How does your team properly dispose of the pet waste after each cleanup?
Proper disposal is essential to environmental safety as dog poop is considered a hazardous material. Pet waste will be disposed at the client’s house after the service is completed. The client will provide a designated waste area (i.e., trashcan) for our employees to use.
What if my dog is outside?
That is completely fine! For the safety of our team, we kindly ask that any dog who has shown signs of aggression be kept indoors during your cleaning. While we love all pets, ensuring a safe environment for our staff is essential. If a dog becomes aggressive during a visit, we may ask that they be kept inside going forward, or in rare cases, we may need to reevaluate continued service.
Am I able to choose my service day?
Absolutely—you can request a specific cleanup day. While availability may differ depending on your location, our team will do everything we can to offer you 2–3 convenient scheduling options that work best for you.
Will I receive an arrival window?
We do not provide exact arrival times for our waste removal services. To help keep costs low and service efficient, our routes are optimized the night before based on drive times. However, we always do our best to accommodate your schedule whenever possible. To prepare, we recommend having your yard accessible and free of any obstructions to ensure a smooth and timely visit.
